Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we do not guarantee our toys against chewing or destructive behavior, we stand firmly behind our construction and manufacturing standards.

Our toys are made with premium fabrics and reinforced seams to enhance their durability. However, they are plush toys and not meant to be indestructible—they're intended for play, not for aggressive chewing or tugging. The lifespan of the toy largely depends on your dog's behavior and their interaction with plush toys. We highly recommend that you supervise your dog's playtime.
